OVERVIEW:
The client, the Nation’s highest ranked hospital, has a campus of 60+ buildings and needed a centralized energy and waste management system to pull a multitude of data streams without replacing existing hardware.

SOLUTION:
The client wanted a solution to visualize real-time electricity, chilled water, steam, water, and natural gas usage with customized dashboards for reports to measure performance of energy projects. The customized dashboards also facilitate identification of opportunities for greater efficiency.

RESULTS:
The client uses the streamlined utility bill automation software to achieve 18% to 25% reduction in energy spend. The sustainability group at the healthcare network use ControlFreak to monitor various waste streams and compare key performance indicators. The software platform allows for flexibility to manually enter data, upload data from spreadsheets, and capture data directly from utility bills.
