GOAL:
The Orlando International Airport handles more than 50 million passenger year year, making it the business airport in Florida and the 10th busiest airport in the United States. The airport needed a custom Building Automation System network with centralized data server at 12,000 tons of cooling capacity.

SCOPE:
The BAS system monitors 29,000 hardware automation points, integrating legacy systems and generators. Systems include:

  • Lighting
  • Switch gear and power monitoring
  • Fire alarms with fire pumps and smoke exhaust automation system
