Stark Tech Expands Board of Directors with Addition of Corporate Governance Expert

Buffalo, NY – Stark Tech, a leader in facility and energy optimization, has recently expanded its board of directors. Included in those additions is Chris Greene, Barclay Damon’s Healthcare Group Leader as Corporate Governance Expert.

Greene, Director

He joins the board to bring outside expertise and leadership in corporate governance. Chris primarily works with closely held businesses and not-for-profit corporations, routinely assisting with health care, corporate, and regulatory matters. He has extensive experience with corporate and partnership formations; reorganizations; business start-ups; debt and equity financing; business-succession planning; dispute resolution; governance; compliance; contract review; and shareholder and operating agreements. He also represents numerous entities in mergers and acquisitions in industries such as health care, construction, manufacturing, and retail.

“Chris’s experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and business succession planning will be incredibly useful as our acquisition strategy evolves to meet the needs of our customers and industry market trends,” said Tim Geiger, President of Stark Tech. “In order for Stark Tech to continue to grow and service our customers’ needs we need to grow both organically and through acquisition.”

Stark Tech offers turnkey solutions to the building services and renewables industries. This year, Stark’s board made the decision to expand its capabilities to include clean-tech solutions in response to new regulatory guidelines and government incentives pushing renewable integration. Stark Tech implements solutions that help stabilize the power grid, so the lights “stay on” when the power goes out.
