Stark Tech has acquired Technical Building Services, TBS Controls and Advanced Comfort Systems to grow market share in the Albany, NY region and add territory in New Jersey.

TBS, established in 1981, is a leader in the HVAC and Building Automation sector with specialties in building automation and controls, energy management, security, surveillance controls, service on HVAC equipment, backflow preventer maintenance, and variable frequency drives. TBS joins U&S Services in Buffalo, NY and MC2 in Orlando, Fl. as part of the Stark Integration business unit of Stark Tech.

ACS is a manufacturer’s representative of HVAC equipment providing indoor air quality and comfort. ACS joins R.L. Kistler in Rochester, NY and T.P. Woodside in Buffalo NY as part of the Stark Equipment business unit.
