Adjacent to the Buffalo Sabres’ hockey arena, and a key component of the HARBORCENTER complex, is the 205-room Buffalo Marriott HARBORCENTER hotel.

This full-service Marriott property offers almost 6,000 square feet of state-of-the-art event space that can accommodate groups of up to 240 people. Overlooking Lake Erie at the waterfront Canalside District, this newly-constructed four-star hotel relied on U&S Services building solutions to maximize building efficiency without compromising guest comfort. To accomplish this, U&S extended Andover Controls Direct Digital Control (DDC) technology, installed as part of the HARBORCENTER, to the hotel property. U&S utilized BACnet technology to integrate the building management system (BMS) and equipment for better control. U&S also provided smoke purge control and digital surveillance video for the fire/life safety system.
