Stark Tech, a privately-owned building solutions company, today announced a series of executive leadership promotions designed to support the company’s continued growth and strengthen its organizational structure.

Ted O’Shea has been promoted to President of Stark Tech. In this role, O’Shea will lead the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance organizational alignment, scale operations, and deepen customer engagement. He will continue to focus on building an agile, high-performing organization while expanding expertise and support for Stark Tech’s growing customer base.
O’Shea has played a key role in advancing the company’s strategic plan and fostering collaboration across teams. He has also been a trusted partner to company owners and founders, Tim Geiger, Randy Urschel, and Dennis Donovan, in shaping the direction and long-term success of the business.
“This announcement represents a continuation — not a change in direction — of the path we are already on,” said Geiger. “Ted’s leadership has been instrumental in positioning Stark Tech for sustained growth.”
As part of this leadership transition, Tim Geiger will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity, he will focus on guiding Stark Tech’s long-term strategic vision, strengthening key partnerships, and advancing relationships with stakeholders.
Along with O’Shea, Rob Beckman, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Craig Aszkler, Executive Vice President of Renewables, will report directly to Geiger.
Additional leadership updates, which align to the natural progression of the next phase of growth, include:
- Randy Urschel will serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and remains focused on the operational and technology strategy, key strategic relationships and mergers and acquisitions.
- Dennis Donovan will serve as Chairman Emeritus and will continue to lead acquisition and strategic initiatives.
All three owners remain active in high contributing roles and will continue to provide leadership and strategic guidance.
“This transition is a natural next step in Stark Tech’s evolution,” Geiger added. “We have built a strong foundation rooted in our people and solutions, expanded our capabilities across multiple markets, and positioned the organization for continued growth.”
