Bill leverages more than 20 years of experience leading high functioning Infrastructure Technology (IT) teams. Throughout his tenure, he has provided executive level business and technology consulting to hundreds of organizations, ranging in size and mission. Prior to joining Stark Tech, Bill was the Principal Consultant and Vice President at an IT consulting firm based out of Rochester, NY. Prior to that, he served as Director of Information Technology at a home healthcare service.
A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, Bill brings business strategy and organizational development experience, familiarity with mergers and acquisitions, team development and organizational governance to Stark’s executive team.
