New Year, New Us! Stark Tech Group has rebranded to Stark Tech as of January 1, 2022. The company, an energy and building services provider, is also restructuring the organization and aligning capabilities to business units, including Stark Tech Equipment, Integration, Intelligence and Implementation.
Over the last several years, Stark Tech has brought together reputable companies that specialize in integration, building intelligence, mechanical & electrical solutions, and more. Stark Tech delivers turnkey solutions to the building and energy services markets. Each legacy company shares similar values, including putting the customer first and always doing the right thing. In this new year, Stark Tech is coming together as one brand with one logo to offer our customers comprehensive technology and service packages.
The restructure includes
Stark Equipment provides mechanical and electrical equipment solutions, parts, and services, specializing in HVAC, critical power, and boiler & combustion. Stark Tech Equipment includes R.L. Kistler, T.P. Woodside, Advanced Comfort Systems, and the sales and parts divisions of Buckpitt and Quality Plus. The service companies will rebrand under Stark Tech. We will continue to provide HVAC services (Kistler Service); critical power services (EPS); and boiler, combustion, and controls services (Buckpitt).
Stark Integration provides master systems integration with products and services for building automation, energy and power management, professional audio & visual, security & access control. The companies that make up the integration business unit include U&S Services, Technical Building Services and TBS Controls, and mc2.
The Stark Intelligence team develops and provides technology packages that include Command Center capabilities, enterprise building management platforms, engineering services, and utility building management software to help customers realize total facilities optimization.
The Stark Turnkey Team, in addition to integrating all Stark solutions, provide expert mechanical and electrical services, energy performance savings, and comprehensive turnkey solutions. This team includes PRES Services and Shaw Mechanical.
